Insert CD in drive

Open Windows Explorer or View Apple desktop and check CD name for correct FI number

Is the folder labeled with the correct FI number?

Does the folder open to show contents?

Do the contents include at least one file with each of the following extensions?
.div
.ent
.fil
.jpg
.tif
.pkg
.tree
.xml

Do all the JPEGs open okay in Photoshop?

Do all the TIFs open okay in Photoshop?

If everything is okay...

1. Update record in Tracking System so that
   Item Status = "complete"
2. Delete item from Twizzler
3. File in cabinet
4. Notify Sonia by e-mail so she can delete the files from her PC
